What if my item is faulty?

Can I exchange an order?
- You're not able to return items for exchange, if you want to change for a different style, size or colour, you'll need to place a new order
- Please note, we do not pre order or hold stock of any kind and cannot guarantee the item you are after will be available after we process your refund.
Will you refund my delivery charge?
- We only refund the cost of the item purchased
- Delivery charges are not refunded when you return items from your order, even if the whole order is returned.

How much does it cost to start a return?
- Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service.
What if i paid via afterpay?
- If you are approved then your refund will be processed via afterpay within 2-10 business days after recieving your return. All payments made will be refunded and any future payments scheduled will be cancelled.

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected your return we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
